Help Kalibo

This is a blog entry screenshot posted by Cheryl Joy of her friends ordeal in the midst of Typhoon Frank in Kalibo.

Up to now, there are no landline communication in Kalibo (and it might take few more weeks before it can be restored), the only way to contact relatives and friends there is if they have a mobile phone.
